Bill Perry - Fine Artist
Bill Perry was born and raised in Harlingen,Texas and now resides in Orange,TX. Bill has been the family photographer since high school and has just recently retired from the oil and gas industry after spending more than forty years working overseas and in the Gulf of Mexico. He is now devoting full time to his journalism and photography.Bill has attended several advance photography workshops and photoshop classes.
